InfoPanel is a feature-rich application to view and monitor your pc hardware and it is backed by HWiNFO and LibreHardwareMonitor, so you will also need to install one or both of those first.
Currently LibreHardwareMonitor do not have a way to read FPS data, so if you want to display FPS on your profile. You will have to use HWiNFO with PresentMon or RivaTuner Statistics Server.
Step 1 - Download
Download and install HWiNFO, support for LibreHardwareMonitor is already included in the app, so no need to download and install. If you are going to use HWiNFO you need to enable “Shared Memory Support” in HWiNFO settings. Start HWiNFO and right click the icon on the system tray and select "Settings".
Note that if you do not have a license for HWiNFO this setting will reset / turn off every 12 hour.
After you have installed you sensor readings app you can download and install InfoPanel. You can download from the official Microsoft Store or directly from the releases page on on the Github repo.
Step 2 - Run InfoPanel
After installation is complete you can start InfoPanel and either start creating your own unique profile or import a downloaded profile.
If you see this screen in the Design view:

You will have to check you HWiNFO settings, make sure HWiNFO is running and that Shared Memory Support is enabled.
You should also go trough the InfoPanel settings page to set it up as you like, such as “Run on startup” etc.
Congrats! You have now installed InfoPanel and are probably ready to get some profiles installed. We will cover that and how to create a basic profile in other articles.
